CostPro’s founder and president is Christopher Caligari, an expert technician and manager with over 40 years’ experience in the field. Originally from Liverpool, England, after studying mathematics at the University of Wales Institute of Science & Technology, he became a Quantity Surveyor, continuing his professional studies at Southampton College of Technology’s School of Building. After joining the London-based Murdoch Green Partnership, he gained an international pedigree. He worked for the company on four continents and helped establish a North American branch office.

Chris believes that all clients should be treated as clients, not just sources of revenue, and puts this belief into practice with remarkable results. CostPro’s client retention rate is well over 95%.

Chris is a keen golfer with a handicap of 16. An accomplished chess master, he represented the US in postal play against England, Germany, Israel and Uruguay. He also has a few racquetball trophies on the shelf.

Diana Rubino

An active SMPS member since 1989, Diana served two terms as treasurer of the Boston Chapter. She is also a member of the Boston Society of Architects.

While not working, Diana plays golf and racquetball, and enjoys bicycling and yoga. A huge history buff, she writes historical novels. She is a member of the Richard III Society and the Aaron Burr Association. You can visit Diana’s own website at
